summary of the minutes from the meeting last Sunday at pvmc.

in order to jump-start the team preparation for the coming natl.event, the following committee has been created as promulgated by the general assembly:

committee on logistics:headed by team Alpha
primary functions:
accommodation/food
transpo
travel tickets
ptt
among others...

committee on training: headed by team Charlie
primary functions:
practices and schedules
scenario and game plan
uniform
ammunition and supply
among others...

committee on finance: headed by team Bravo
primary functions:
registrations
financial transactions among others...

it has also been agreed that next Sunday will start of the compulsory practice, please coordinate with your team leaders for more details.You will hear from team charlie on the details of this coming Sundays practice.

other matters:
there will be an airsoft event during the intramurals of HNU. Members are advice to help organize the barriers by Tuesday(tomorrow)games will commenced on Wednesday.
To those who want there extra aeg to be utilize pls coordinate with manong for more details.

we just receive the invitation letter from the mother unit..all system go for the tourney,,cebu has assured all the participant with the PTT compliance once we land cebu.

venue has been determined already. It will be in the north reclamation area.

deadline on the submission of entry will be on the 8th October, however they require that the registration shall be placed by Sept.30.

if sakto akong pangdungog..the national competition is move to nov.20-21, 2010(?) due to the barangay election..

confirmed Mao:

national tourney will have to be moved on Nov.20-21 tentatively...sayang pero it should also gives us more time to prepare.

thanx mao,,unsa kaha kung mag organize ta ug climb para sa gropu mao? since dili man ta ka practice kaayo due to the gun ban,,but at the same time aron dili kaayo mingaw ang gropu. Organize ta ug climb/camping/trekking at the same time mahisgutan nato ang preparation apil na ang sa uniform..unsa kaha?
