try opening your mag,, there is a screw at the bottom of the mag,, the problem of your mag is that the part you are holding on your picture is the one responsible for turning the mechanism which loads up your bb's( bala). be very careful in opening your mag, the coil might spring up, when opening the mag hold everything in place if you see something that is not in place or wobbling and there is a hole try placing the part there. you could ask maomag for expert assistance
